Lady B: Could you tell me some basic nutrition “rules” before I start with the diet? I would like to loose at least 5kg.
Graziano: Despite the good “manners”  there aren’t so many universal laws about nutrition, so usually I prefer to “tailor” a personal regimen for every client according to the actual level of health, awareness and targets.

Mr. A: Is avocado allowed? I think it has a lot of calories… but I like guacamole.
Graziano: Yes, it is allowed, even recommended for you. It contains good fats…

Lady E: I like salads, eating veggies is ok for me.. and I like them with vinegar. Is it ok?
Graziano: I would recommend lemon and use lemon as much as you like. Balsamico is also ok, but not too much. Please, avoid wine vinegar especially if you want to loose weight.

Lady D: Can I use any kind of sugar? Like brown sugar? I usually drink morning coffee with milk and sugar.
Graziano: I would recommend stevia instead of sugar. Also, please avoid cow’s milk. I usually recommend almond milk or coconut milk.. or any vegetable milk you like. Adding coconut oil in morning milk, as it is good fat, will give you more energy.
